The yield of the Grant Fund for Students of Polish Origin serves to provide students of Polish origin with scholarships, grants for the production and publication of academic work, as well as contributions towards excursions, study trips and similar undertakings.
Eligible applicants
Support is provided to students, doctoral students, postgraduate students and in exceptional cases auditors of Polish origin (Polish nationality) or Polish descent who are matriculated at the ETH Zurich or the EPFL.
Application procedure
The Head of the applicants’ Departments/Séctions have to endorse their applications and pass them on to the Rector of the ETH Zurich/the President of the EPFL. After a review of the documents and a possible personal interview with applicants, the Rector of the ETH Zurich/the President of the EPFL will forward applications to the President of the ETH Board.
Power of disposition
Scholarships and other contributions are awarded by the President of the ETH Board in consultation with the Presidents of the ETH Zurich and the EPFL.
Deadline
By 31 July for each academic year.
